ACCOUNT MANAGER

School Division openings – Chicago, S. Florida, Houston/San Antonio, Minnesota/Wisconsin, Iowa, New Jersey

Summary of Position: Account Managers are assigned a geographical territory and are responsible for prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects and presenting uniform options.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Cold call and prospect dance schools, All Star and gymnastics programs or schools in the assigned territory. You would be calling and selling to people you do not know; this is a big part of the job and something you need to be comfortable doing.
  • -Represent Rebel at company events; coaches conferences, trade shows and cheerleading competitions
  • -Make presentations to prospects
  • -Work with other Account Managers when called upon – specifically on high profile programs
  • -Attend and participate in all company sponsored meetings and conference calls
  • -Submit, on time, all reports required to show your progress and book of business
  • -Professionally represent Rebel and all Rebel policies accurately at all times
  • -Manage customer expectations. This means clearly explaining the deadlines and reminding the customer that delivery dates are in jeopardy if they don’t respond.
  • -Assist all departments in making the Rebel experience a remarkable one. This means responding to emails promptly, returning phone calls within hours, getting art, tech, project managers questions answered immediately. It means providing a level of customer service unseen by anyone in our industry
  • -Most importantly building long lasting relationships with Rebel customers so they’ll tell their friends about us and be proud when they tell someone who made their uniforms.

Qualifications:

  • -A college degree, BA, BS, preferred

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

 

Summary of Position: The Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for the oversight and management of an inventory of 500+ items including apparel samples, fabric swatches and crystals, and sales and marketing collaterals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Conduct routine cycle counts and proactively reconcile inventory discrepancies and cycle delays to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy and compliance to customer delivery expectations
  • -Monitor and generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on Fit Kit availability to ensure system accuracy and integrity
  • -Provide operational and administrative support to the product, sales, marketing, and event teams through detailed organization and efficient inventory pulls
  • -Maintain and assist in the development of inventory SOPs pertaining to Fit Kits, apparel samples, fabric swatches and crystals, and sales and marketing collaterals
  • -Develop more accurate procedures by identifying and analyzing gaps in performance throughout the inventory process
  • -Customer-focused approach, providing alternative options for supplying unavailable products and services
  • -Assist in maintaining a safe and organized physical inventory system to support all employees and visitors

 

Qualifications:

  • -Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy

PRODUCT COORDINATOR

 

Summary of Position: The Product Coordinator will work closely with the design team throughout the development process (from sourcing of fabric and trim to tracking, receipt and distribution of salesman samples). This person must have a sense of urgency and able to multi-task effectively while maintaining development reports with updated status for all products.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Work with the design teams to help explain their designs, and any construction issues to customers and the factory
  • -Review prototypes ensuring design, fit, and construction were properly followed before sending to customer for -final approval
  • -Spec prototypes ensuring they were made within tolerance
  • -Rework/Update tech packs, print files, and/or applique guides if any construction issues, style changes, or factory requested changes come up
  • -Communicate to factory on all changes to the prototype
  • -Communicate to factory new block patterns/style, and fit changes
  • -Communicate to factory on fabric, construction, material, patterning, fit, etc.
  • -Approve all items for Product
  • -File approvals from customers, communication approvals with factory, pictures of fittings, pictures of proto and PP samples, and proto comments
  • -Evaluate returned items for any problems, and convey through comments solutions to the factory
  • -Work with sales team on customer comments of prototypes and communicating with factory before Product can start
  • -Organize and maintain inventory of TOPs, Protos, and Samples
  • -Send weekly status reports to all sales reps

TECH COORDINATOR

 

Summary of Position: The Tech Coordinator will create and setup tech packs to send to the factory. Other responsibilities include communicating with factories daily, acting as a liaison between Production and Design, and creating tech packs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Work with the design teams to help explain their designs, and any construction issues, to customers and overseas factory
  • -Create and setup Tech Packs to send to overseas factory
  • -Create and setup supplementary Print Files, Applique Guides, and Crystal Guides for Tech Packs
  • -Communicate with overseas factory on technical design issues
  • -Review prototypes when needed with Product Coordinator ensuring design, fit, and construction were properly followed before sending to customer for final approval
  • -Rework/Update tech packs, print files, and/or applique guides/crystal guides if any issues, style changes, or factory requested changes come up
  • -Help with development of new styles and specs
  • -Communicate to factory new block patterns/style, and fit changes
  • -Communicate to factory on fabric, construction, material, patterning, fit, etc.
  • -File tech packs and art approvals from customers
  • -To assist when needed by other departments with small jobs

 

Qualifications:

  • -4-yr Undergraduate degree in Fashion Design or related field
  • -Experience and knowledge with pattern making, specifically with knit fabrics
  • -Strong proficiency in all industry-leading software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • -Highly organized individual

Pricing Analyst Assistant

 

Summary of Position: The Pricing Analyst Assistant (aka Coster Assistant) position works with the Corporate Coster Manager and is accountable for assisting with the ongoing analysis of process constraintstarget costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.  The Coster Assistant must also construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to the Corporate Coster Manager.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • -Help establish, maintain and analyze price reference documentation and estimate the FOB to determine the pricing of all custom apparel products made by the company including cheerleading apparel, team uniforms, etc. 
  • -Validate cost quotations for accuracy and profitability
  • -Perform analysis of existing company’s pricing, package deal/offer, and product data to provide intelligence for pricing and package deal/offer decisions
  • -Research pricing, discounting, partnership and sponsorship recommendations
  • -Perform margin and pricing analysis in order to support business initiatives
  • -Maintain pricing integrity and competitive in the marketplace

 

Qualifications: 

  • -1+ years of accounting/finance experience
  • -Detailed-oriented and highly organized
  • -Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, process work rapidly and set priorities
  • -Work well under pressure and with deadlines while maintaining focus to quality and details
