What’s the average shipping time for my order?

Our inventory is selling so quickly, it may take up to 48 business hours to receive an update notification regarding your order status or tracking information. If for some reason your item is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you to let you know your options (cancellation, refund, alternative products available.) Once we ship your order, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 6-10 business days for international orders. Order processing & shipping times may be slightly extended during holiday and peak seasons.  

 

Do you have any free shipping codes for Dream Bags / online purchases?

We love our Rebel customers, and regularly run free shipping and promotional offers! Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat to make sure you never miss out on #RebelLevel deals.

 

Why am I getting an “error” message when checking out?

If you receive an error message at checkout, the billing address entered may not match with the card, or you may have insufficient funds. Double check the information entered to ensure it matches with the card being used. If this does not fix the problem, please contact your bank.

 

What is the difference between the Rebel Dream Bag (full-size) and the Rebel Baby Dream Bag (petite)?

Size! For our smallest athletes, and our regular sized athletes looking for a cute, functional handbag, our Baby Dream Bag is a perfect replica of the original, just smaller!  The Baby Dream Bag shoe compartment will hold shoes up to a women’s size 6; it does not come with a Rebel charger.

 

Can I pay to have my Dream Bag personalized with my athlete’s name?

We currently do not offer individual personalization on our Dream Bags, however, the bottom front pocket of the Dream Bag is an open canvas! Should you decide to take it somewhere locally for embroidery, please send us some pictures so we can feature your special Rebel Dream Bag on our social media.  *Rebel Athletic is not responsible for any damage to your Dream Bag that may occur through personal customization.  **All Dream Bags come with a one year limited warranty in case of any manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect, Rebel Athletic is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement for bag personalization (embroidery, patches etc).

 

How long does the Rebel Charger that’s included with Rebel Dream Bag last?

3 hours of battery life after each full charge (the cord is at the bottom of the box)

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

Don’t love something or it didn’t fit? We accept returns of unwashed, unworn Rebel Athletic merchandise with original tags attached within 10 days of receipt of shipment. 

Holiday Return Policy: We know purchasing holiday gifts can be challenging. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn Rebel Athletic merchandise with original tags attached within 10 days of Christmas/December 25th

To kickstart the returns/exchange process:

 

 

Log in to your Rebel Athletic Account -

-> Go to rebelathletic.com 

-> Sign into your account by clicking on the profile icon

-> Click on "My Orders" on the list to the left

-> Find the order you wish to return and click on "View Order"

-> Click "Return" at the top of the order

-> Fill out the Return Form (Required Fields with red asterisk)

-> If you need to add an additional item click "Add Item to Return"

-> Click Submit, and we will begin the approval process for your return. 

 

Once you receive an automated email stating the return is “approved”, please use the return label provided in your order to send back the merchandise. Include a note stating this is a return or exchange. If the item(s) are for exchange please note the size you wish to exchange for. If you do not have a return label please email customerrelations@rebelathletic.com with your order number and name on the order and one will be generated for you within 24-48 business hours.

Please include the order number and name on the order and a Customer Relations Specialist will get back to you within 24-48 business hours. Please note, for international orders, return shipping costs, including duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does a return take?

U.S. returns are processed within 24-48 hours after receiving the return shipment at our Rebel Athletic distribution center.  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically process within 3-5 business days. 

 

Are you closed on holidays?

Our corporate offices are closed on the following days:

• New Year’s Day

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Day after Thanksgiving

• Christmas Day

• Day after Christmas

WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I wash and care for my Rebel Athletic apparel?

Water Temperature: The most critical element to the care of your Rebel Athletic garments is the water temperature. Please wash your Rebel Athletic garments in cold water.

Wash & Care Instructions for Specialty Fabrics and Crystal-Embellished Garments:

- Hand wash only. Do not dry clean.

- Use a clear, gentle PH balanced detergent. We recommend Dreft Detergent.

- If any stains are present, we recommend pre-treating with Dreft Stain Spray.

- Fill laundry sink with cold water (see above).

- Turn garment inside out.

- Quickly submerge and hand wash for 60 seconds. Do not rub fabrics together.

- Drain sink and refill with cold water to rinse.

- Gently squeeze out excess water, taking care not to wring dark and lighter colors together.

- Turn the garment right side out and lay flat on a towel to dry. You may want to insert a towel in the body of the uniform to speed drying and avoid any possibility of color transference while the garment is wet.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Perspiration, deodorant, hairspray, glitter spray, sunless tanning products and lotions may affect the color of your garment. Take precautions to avoid transference.

 

Crystals & Self-Care Instructions:

Attached to your crystal-embellished garment are complimentary replacement crystals should you have minor crystal loss due to normal wear and tear. We recommend using e6000 (can be purchased at any fabric, craft or multi-purpose store) to reattach the crystals.

Rebel Athletic is not responsible for garments that are laundered incorrectly or for crystal loss from repeated use/wear or incorrect laundering. 

 

How do I wash/care for my Rebel Dream Bag?

We recommend using a damp sponge to clean the inside of your bag, and spot cleaning the high-density sparkle ONLY when necessary. Do not use any harsh cleaners or chemicals as it will compromise the integrity of your Dream Bag.   *Rebel Athletic is not responsible for any damage to your Dream Bag due to normal wear and tear, or improper washing care.   **All Dream Bags come with a one year limited warranty in case of any manufacturing defects.

We ran an open casting call for three months via our social media pages this past summer.  We also did live on-location casting calls in various cities. We had over 7,000 submissions and selected 960 Rebel Models and Brand Ambassadors for the 2017 cycle.

Even though our 2017 Model Search has ended, there are still opportunities to join the Rebel family this season!
